yeah, it's not going to be pretty. when the budget knife finally gets put away for the coming fiscal year in CA, there will be blood stains on the walls and floors of congress and the capitol that aren't ever going to get cleaned out. -gg-(1)

Juster, Well you probably saw that the California legislature voted to suspend "choice" in selecting electricity suppliers. That solves the financial question as the consumers will be held responsible to pay down these long-term power supply contracts that the Dept of Water & power entered into on behalf of the State....
