Haim, I would agree that the US is more creative look at Wall St and the open ended fantasies they created. The accounting profession has redifined earnings. The government created growth and productivity where none exists via hedonics. Most important Clinton redefined sex and showed that one can dodge the draft and become President. Mike

Haim, i agree that Japan's economy is more rigid...and i also agree on the point re. creativity. we'll have to wait and see how the non-measurable differences ultimately stack up in the requisite busts.
