Ok I'm out of here. I'll read the news I read and keep my opinions to myself . C'mon Lola....not a mature reaction. You and I as Canadians on the thread cannot expect to have our comments revered. While we pontificate, the US (the thread) deals with a mirror perception of themselves and is hearing some occaissionally non-flattering banter from the likes of us. It is a learning experience for all of us. The only hope is dialogue baby...dialogue. Taking your marbles and going home doesn't cut it. Perhaps it's an opportunity for all of us to reflect on how the world perceives ALL of us and we of them. THAT is learning and while hard to eat at times, it is constructive. you all can go back to ... and think that everything is under control Who said everything was under control? All you've done is to say everything the US is doing is wrong. You suggest our President lie right up front and take back what he said about "from this time forward, either you're with us or against us"... No we're not supposed to accept Mushrraf's change and commitment to us. The only thing you have left open for us to assume your answer to all this is: To start listening to the terrorists in the middle east and let them dictate all countries actions from now on. So why should we go on listening to this? Try coughing up some constructive answers and perhaps you won't be "attacked". BirdDog
