Look Cletus has been living in a garden with the best fertilizer and hasn't flourished. Rajid has flourished with very little fertilizer. If I'm a gardener and I want a good crop, who is the better choice for seed? Do you coddle those that can't make it after generation upon generation in the richest country in the world, or do you embrace those who arrive from difficult places, credentials in hand, ready to work and contribute.
