3rd Florida person tested positive for Anthrax. If its not a home grown terrorist what are they waiting for.

Time to make some parking lots.

This must have been done all wrong. There could be hundreds or thousands dead already.

Do Americans realize if the terrorists do a Anthrax attack properly it will be too late for thousands by the time they figure out what happened?
