This one looks pretty good here:siliconinvestor.com Surprised by todays CERT action,,bot a little and may add. Sometimes I think I get shorted when I post a pick,,but that's half the fun! Here's the latest on my lotto ticket:ragingbull.lycos.com NorthPoint supporters, here is the latest from a phone conversation with NorthPoint's Trustee, E. Lynn Schoenmann today: (1) If there was any argument about who is in charge, there isn't now. Our legal action against Verizon has a new Title: "E. Lynn Schoenmann, U.S. Trustee for NorthPoint Communications, VERSUS Verizon Communications". (2) 10 AM tomorrow, 10/11/01, is the deadline for submitting a Proposal to finance our lawsuit against Verizon. Ms. Schoenmann said she has many organizations which have submitted Proposals. On Monday, 10/15/01, the successful Proposal will be announced. The winning Proposal will be the one that represents the greatest value to NorthPoint's Estate. (3) Ms. Schoenmann said that she appreciated all of the effort our Shareholder's Group has done in sending all kinds of information to her that may be useful in the prosecution of the lawsuit against Verizon. She told me to encourage everyone to continue to send anything that could be useful (Wewillwinsurely is already trying to find the source of the Mead and Westvaco merger story so he can send it to her as a link - she wants the SOURCE, not just an RB post with the story in it). (4) Ms. Schoenmann said that if she ever sits down with Verizon, she will show them the information she has received from NorthPoint shareholders. (5) She has consulted with Doug Sullivan and Sam Miller about contacting the man who Ezjkat found. This man has some testimony that sounded to me like it will be very helpful to NorthPoint's case and Ms. Schoenmann agreed that it was the type of information that they wanted. Ms. Schoenmann said that either Doug or Sam will contact him, or may have already done so. Ms. Schoenmann continues to be very engaged in this case. She does not have to even speak to us, but she is being more than helpful and accommodating to us. I believe that our NorthPoint Shareholder's Group has considerable credibility with Ms. Schoenmann. I believe we are very fortunate to have her as Trustee. I'll have some more interesting things to report in a day or two, some legal opinions I got from a Bankruptcy attorney. wozdak _________ SR
