NOW I think I understand why Natural Gas is up. Those plants may be shut down for a long time, as a safety precaution.

A cold plant that has been shut down for a week or so has much less short life time isotopes to spread around if hit by something. If there was a containment vessel rupture, most of the stuff would tend to remain on site, not spread all over.
