New sectors that are emerging into the spotlight seem to have had little or no previous institutional ownership. that always provides for some interesting activity.

I guess the question we have is with the JNPR results and the resulting pick up in speculative price pops
Networking, Telco Equip, Optical etc. is this market working to broaden out, or are we seeing the later stages
of the latest little run up in techs.

Some of the Banks and financials are not exactly wonderful....
