Well, it is probably not blown out of proportion from what I hear. I'm just trying to figure why he would do what he did. I dunno. I know a lot of NY traders and the reaction is sort of, well, quiet let us say.

Yes-- there would be some UNbiased reporting,, Maria B and 20/20. We certainly do not KNOW much other than he said he stopped paying them on the 15th. Wives (Non-working) want paid until the end of the year or forever. He also stated Cantor is dedicating 25% of profits to them... My dad died ON the clock and was paid until the end of the shift, what mom received was zero,, too young-- got a job and worked into her 70s. I feel bad for the wives but especially the children,, however one must use common sense. If no one is working (I think they just stared back up late last week) and nearly all of the former employees cannot produce a profit from where does the money come from? No one said life was fair or all roses. Point being-- we are not in EITHER pair of shoes, thankfully, so will hear biased from BOTH sides.
