I can't comment on IBUI, but in 1998 I started to realize the market was beginning to decouple from fundamentals and become more and more of a "popularity contest".

If you look at a stock like MTON from 1997 till now you will see the popularity contest in action. Of course look no further than the entire "dot-com, B-2-B, CNBC" mania.

Ummmmmm ....... look no further than the "VISG, VSNX, INVN, CNBC" mania that just happened. Has no one learned a damn thing over the past 18 months ? I guess not.

agreed TOM. well fantastic news today - Canada Stocwatch whom I pay over a $100 a month for quotyes etc finally got 4 decimal points - before I only had 3 so the sub pennies quotes and Levelk two were a mess - KUDOS to them. I was getting 4 decimals thru my uselss on line trading broker.
