Sure... you meant that, for over 50 years of unremitting Cold War, the US went never as far as bombing its alleged Arch Enemy --the Soviet Union. Hence your implicit hint: why the hell would the US bomb a POST-Communist Russia then?? But then again, since the US has even less grounds to bully a proto-Capitalist Russia than it had with a Communist one, doesn't the same logic apply to Russia vis-a-vis the US?? I mean, doesn't Putin's Russia ALSO have more incentives to "humor" its former ideological rival?? In short, isn't it a two-way street? And no, I'm not a Communist --just a left-wing Anarchist (Bakunin and the like) Gus.
