Many years ago, I served on the public affairs staff of a really terrific guy who had been either CEO or VP (can't remember now)of OLN and was then in Washington as one of President Nixon's appointees. Just for fun, check out the last couple days of action on NVR.....holy cow.....Some people long ago placed expensive stock market bets AGAINST companies like this, believing that real estate was dead. Ha!
