If we continue at the rate we are going (and breach 1750 or so on the upside), then the top will be earlier than I expected, but until we get there, I am not sure and have to stay with the "master plan". The 1987 crash did have a first bottom on October 19th and the second in mid December. Since in my model, the "October and August lows" coalesced into one major bottom in September due to major exogenous effects, I still think that the "master plan" will work. I would suggest major "lightening up" once we get above 1720 or so.
