Thats what is stopping me from doing the GX/AX switch. What would the merger terms, if any, actually be? One would have to assume minimum of at least a 1:1 exchange to even think about making the switch.

When they announced it AX was trading around 2.3 and GX aronud 2.1 so I would think it would be at a slight premium to GX value, not exact but aroun 1AX share for 1.2 GX share. And they both dropped in tandum, except GX has recovered much faster and is 50% over valued to AX today.
