jpg - I think there would be a change in the law. NY is a democracy and I think that if a Proposition that if found guilty of the greatest act of terrror in histroy the guilty shoulds be put to death then so be it. Further, it may be of interest that when faced with Islamic suicide terrorists the Russians decided to bury their remains in pig skins thus according to their insane beliefs preventing them from going to paradise. Were the death penalty to be invoked in this case therefore it should be followed by the equivalent if appropriate. Best, L
