Elmer, Re: "This also has a air photo of the Ronlar Acres campus showing the fab positions there. As best as I can count Intel has 7 fabs in Oregon and 1 more planned."

I've been to that campus before, and the three unlabeled buildings in front are (from left to right) a parking garage and two office buildings. I don't know what RB1 is, but I don't think it's a fab. It's probably wafer storage, or something else relating to the fab. There are currently two working fabs on that campus, D1B (aka Fab 20) and D1C. RP1 is still under construction, I think. D1D will be added later. Also not in the picture is Fab 15, which is in Aloha, OR. So really it's 3 fabs currently, with two more to come.

Where do you get seven? I know there is the D1B/F20 building, the RB1 building (which if I understand correctly is effectively an extension of F20), D1C, and RP1 on the Ronler Acres Campus. Then there's the old Fab 5 building and Fab 15. I only get 5.5 to 6 fabs (if you count RB1 as a full fab) out of that with at least one more planned for the Ronler site (D1D).
