I agree with the $14 ceiling. I also believe the reason the stock isn't moving much today is the perception that ARMHY's customer base is only in Europe and if you look at how weak VOD, NOK,... are today you can understand. However, ARM is getting design wins left and right. Look at the announcements they have had in last 3 months. ARM's dependency on Europe for its growth is no longer true. Recently it was MSFT indicating that the Portable PC platform will only be supporting ARM going forward. Bye, Bye Hitachi and MIPS.
