No. of shares: 2,258,000 shares Price: 10 cents per share Warrants: 1,129,000 non-transferable share purchase warrants to purchase 1,129,000 shares Warrant price: 15 cents for a 180-day period Placees: Seven placees participated Insiders: Robert T. Malcolm 100,000; Curtis A. Hartzler 50,000; and Michael J. Hopley 100,000 The company must issue a news release if the private placement does not close promptly. Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
