Well if you think that you should be really short. If e are still going down at the same rate, the country will be bankrupt within a year or so. Personally, I am expecting S&P e at about 53 in 2002 which will be slightly up in the last 6 months, followed by a huge 2003, up to around 65. At those e levels, we are about 25%-30 undervalued right now. In a nutshell, I think the e outlook is better right now, and will be drastically better by next summer, and accelerating.
