The Swiss prove my earlier point. My brother-in-law is Swiss and, as a part of National Service, each Swiss is provided with a military gun (rifle for other ranks, hand gun for officers). But what is less known is that, before qualifying for National Service, each Swiss is carefully vetted for suitability and mental stability.

The Swiss are no fools.

The Swiss also will not cross a the street at 2am and with no cars in sight until the pedestrian light has turned green.
