To All, The Astros stank the house out in the playoffs. Again! As I said when the Oilers lost a game to Buffalo in which they were 4 touchdowns ahead, they should move to the Philippines and call themselves The Manilla folders. <g> Anyway, my two hometown teams, the Giants and the A's, had and in one case, are still having, interesting seasons. Some guy on the Giants hit a few homeruns, though that doesn't seem to be that big a deal in this era of rocket balls. However, BB also set a record for BB, bases on balls. The A's are not only still in the hunt, but are looking darned good.
