What if AMD had the lead in clock speed and Intel resorted to using PR ratings? The boos and catcalls from the AMD supporters alone would overload and bring down the SI forums.

once more, I personally would choose not to use PR type of approach because of it's obvious limitations but because clock comparison is much worse I feel that the campaign is legit
