Some other stocks jumping in AH trading, possibly because of the JNPR results.

JDSU trading 9.37 x 9.40, closed at 8.95
AMCC trading 11.75 x 11.77, closed at 10.84.

Juniper's earnings could be looked upon as a kind of proxy for the communication industry in general.

I've been following their job postings since May - hiring steadily increased globally, indicating a recovery not predicted by analysts and economists.

PS: Hope everyone else loaded up the stock (or other related issues) as I did when the stock was traded at $9 ish last week. The stock has more than doubled as of tonight. ($20.60 last trade)
