As there is not enough over capacity in IT now spend more tax dollars useless equipment ......... very very smart ....... that is why we bomb Afghanistan into the stone age ............. smart bombs will generate more High tech demand ............... unfortunate to teach those illiterate people about Western Civilization values will add more to world peace than bombing them into the stone age
