Don't have one, apart from outlasting Arafat. May not have long to wait if he has a civil war with Hamas anytime soon. Of course, a functional nationalist movement would have waited until they got the Israelis out, but the PLO has always been a dysfunctional political movement. If they didn't have the good fortune of having the Israelis as their enemy, and thus the automatic sympathy & support of one-fourth of the globe, they would have been destroyed long ago. How many huge strategic errors has Arafat survived? I read a nice description of Arafat not long ago: "His basic talent is survival in the ruins he creates."
