I was long MNC for a couple years, selling at a very nice profit a few months ago. I think it going back up in the face of the recession defies the odds. I suspect for both, esp. MNC, there will be a short term pop in sales due to the Sept. 11 attack -- the wealthy getting the heck out of the city (or creating a mechanism to do so). But that probably has pretty much passed and I expect the rest of the year and next year to be down.
