No- but I would be more COMFORTABLE, if some of my sex had occupied the chair of the big cheese. I can only guess that people of different races feel the same way. I know the Catholics liked it when Kennedy got elected. We all like to see ourselves reflected in the government. You probably can't imagine what it feels like to realize that someone of your sex has never been president and isn't close to being president now- not because they aren't worthy, but because the country isn't.
