Re: KRT

Hey Russ, I am an old KRT vet going back to 96 or so although I own no stock at this time. Your perception of the financing is correct. KRT will have a difficult time raising funds for a large bulk sample, which is needed to truly get an accurate picture of grade. There was an old scoping study done in 95 on FALC, I think it pegs a mine cost at $700M with a production cost of $15/tonne. I think those were Canadian $ figures.
The size of the FALC kimbies has never been in doubt. Until recently, the grade always seemed to be based on some form of micro extrapolation. After following the Aber and Winspear plays, it seemed to me that the real issue for FALC was diamond size. They simply have not found any large diamonds. I had heard that there would be reluctance to finance a project of this magnitude unless the large diamond count was higher.
The recent Shore release on grade and the recent KRT release on value at least keep these plays on the map. Dilution is going to be a serious issue in the near future and for KRT they are in bed with Monopros (DeBeers subsidiary)which historically as been fatal for juniors.

Someone, Marcos I believe mentioned the work Of "WillP" on the Stockwatch forums. He is referring to Will Purcell, and he is indeed very knowledgable about the Canadian diamond scene. He has written several pieces on FALC, which in the companies news releases you will see as "Street Wire's".
