Well the vacant liberal mind is set on the extremes to justify their stupid idea of day. The reason all the folks have a better way of living is because engineers keep advancing technology that allows all to be more productive. More goods for less work. Just as sports the best get paid lots the CEO who can organize a team that can be productive is paid very well. Only a few can do the job. Those who put up the money, the capitol investment needed to create the company select someone who they believe will do the best job. They pay him as part of the investment. That is America and the American way the you seem to have such a difficult time with. You can be a CEO of your own company. Just have an idea that you can convince others to invest in.
