Daniel,

Have you tried this?

webcelerator.com

How do I uninstall Webcelerator?
If you have not yet attempted to delete Webcelerator files, follow the uninstall directions. This will remove the program from the registry. If you have already begun to delete files, the easiest method is to reinstall Webcelerator and then to uninstall according to the directions. If it is necessary, individual help to manually uninstall is available through our Technical Support department

or this?

A: Webcelerator speeds your Web browsing by both remembering where you have been and anticipating where you will go. It gathers web pages which are linked to your current page so they are ready quickly when you want them. It stores all pages it has gathered in an local cache so you can revisit a previous page with nearly instant results. You set the cache size. Make it as big as you want for offline browsing. But don't worry, the web page files are highly compressed to conserve your disk space
How can I uninstall Webcelerator?
Please do NOT delete any files manually or use 3rd party Uninstallers:
Use "Add/Remove Programs" in the Windows' Control panel or use "Uninstall Webcelerator" in the Webcelerator section of the Start Menu.
Uninstall is now complete.
