No. I'm not using recessionary pe's. Amcc doesn't have a forward pe.

I'm using price/sales plus cash.

Even if amcc were to double their sales (David Rickey already said this quarter will probably be flat with last quarter, so sales are in the $40 million range and not much better until AFTER their next FY starts which is after March at which time he's expecting "moderate growth" whatever that is), it's still a p/s of nearly 8 plus the cash on hand at a share price of 12.

No matter how you slice it, it's expensive. That doesn't mean it won't go higher, as we've seen in the past.
