I'm off to court..I believe nothing is getting better in our economy and over the last 2 weeks people act as if the Bull is back and so is growth. The movement in many stocks in 4-5 days have taken them to higher levels then 6-8 weeks ago. On a % basis we are close to a top in both NASD and DOW for current rally.

Stochastics are EXTREMELY overbought in DOW and Overbought in NASD. But what really scares me from trading long now is the DOW above 9000 again. we are in a recession what in the name of ALLAH is the DOW doing at 9000? She must contract and I hate to say that but thats what a recession does to stocks!

If something happens over weekend.. we could lose 200 NASD points and 500 on the DOW!

What happens to stocks like QLGC, BRCD, EMLX, CSCO, JNPR, MYGN and HGSI if we just retrace to 1600?
