Probably explains why streets around the Capitol building and the White House are being closed off to trucks, buses, RVs, etc.

Yesterday I was in DC, drove past the White House, and they have enlarged the no-driving perimeter - also have cops standing on all corners near the Capitol building. The Supreme Court is right across from the Capitol, so the restriction protects them, too. Every time I drive by the Capitol, I wonder if it's for the last time.

If there is a terrorist attack planned for the missing explosives, I wonder what the target could be? Shopping mall does seem like something they'd do - and Halloween has the dual function of being a time that people bring their little kids to shopping malls trick-or-treating, and a pagan-style holiday.

These guys are such buttheads. Wonder if they'd rather split up the explosives and do lesser damage to a lot of places, or a lot of damage to one place?
