They are called toxic for a reason, and toxicity is not a "temporary phenom" Just the fact a micro-crap has untilized said toxic financing in the first past is the VERY reason why, if they ever would stumble across a deposit, GEO will get plucked clean by the JV partner, ending up with only a piddly royalty stream if, and that's a BIG if-----IF they can find some JV'er to develop a deposit. All any well-heeled JVer has to do is wait for the GEOs of the micro-crap world to disintegrate all on their own, and scoop up the property with a well-placed whisper in a potential European or US based hedge-fund manager's ear...and the micro-crap is history. And the dumping of a million-six plus shares in September, by a shareholder with some 6millions too hot to handle shares left in his quiver? What do you want, a flashing lane change investment advisory road sign? RUN LIKE THE DICKENS. There are other plays, with less problems than this GEO. Lordy, Russ! Wake up.
