Chances are that unless AMD can scale a lot higher and convince the public that performance counts...the Northwood will do pretty well... So far, Sanders sat around for a year on his hands concerning the performance of the Athlon. Either that or he was just too stupid to know that the P4 Mhz would be a problem. Is it for sure the L2 cache will double on the Northwood? If so it's IPC should improve, no? Jim
