CPHD jumped like nuts when the news hit. I'm sure there's a company or two ready to IPO. Business plan? Who needs it?

I wanna know why this fellow at NBC got tested? Was this another of those "odd white powder" in an envelope case? Was it random? Or was it, as one bioterrorism expert said a few days ago, the fact that anthrax related diseases probably aren't as rare as we suspect. . . it's just that no one ever bothered to test for them. I truly hope it's the latter.

After the plunge we are building a powerful little consolidation that indicates we are about to get a good surge one way or the other. S&P consolidation looks slightly bullish, while the NASDAQ looks neutral (a symm coil a la inside bars) as to surge direction.
