The good news: the anthrax detected on the NBC employee at 30 Rock is cutaneous (skin) anthrax, not the nasty inhaled anthrax that they found in Florida.

The bad news: someone might contract cutaneous anthrax naturally if that person was in a high risk situation such as being exposed to animal flesh, say through hunting. This individual doesn't appear to be in any of the risk groups, which would argue that the exposure had to be with intent.
