HJ: One thing to keep in mind: Companies are going to be looking to cut costs and improve productivity. Cutting labor costs is one way to do it -- but it is a tough way to go and can backfire. Most productivity improvement actually comes during product design -- and these days that means deep scm involvement a year or more before product launch -- this is what itwo does that can be useful and that is what makes it an attractive buyout candidate.
