States its cutaneous anthrax, not inhalation.

Patient has been receiving Cipro, several other employees also receiving Cipro prophylactically.

Rudy generally cool and calm, states investigation is underway. Initial exposure was reportedly on September 25th. Victim received a letter containing a powder that was initially tested negative, but she developed a skin lesion that later tested positive. No other victims have been detected so far. FBI dood says "No connection found with 9/11" (yeah, right).

Tommy Thompson apparently also said there's "no proof" that episode was linked to terrorism...why so quick to rush to a judgement like that when public safety is at risk? Given the extreme rareness of the disease, I think it's safe to assume it's terrorism until proven otherwise.
