Actually, that's the error some of the small investors seem to be making. AX has been-transparently-a controlled subsidiary of GX all along. It truly amazes that some people thought they were somehow getting away from GX or Winnick when they bought AX. Simply amazing! The only fiduciary responsibility of any board is to act in the interest of the majority of shareholders. In this situation, it's GX...
