What people can do... Guiliani: if you receive a suspicious envelope, if you think there is powder inside, call 911 Uh oh, I think 911 is going to be very busy, everywhere in America. Suddenly opening those FedEX cardboard envelopes became life-threatening behaviour. I think productivity figures in America will reflect this to some lesser or greater degree if there are more reports of mail borne attacks going forward. Not to mention that media appear to be a specific target.
