Although it would still qualify as a test, I have it fairly well under the TL out of 9/21. Until ES gets back above 1085 or so, it is in danger of a big down move imho. If it's impulsive, and at this point one can not say, then off the top we are somewhere in a 3, likely 2 of 3 with 3 of 3 to come.

DOW still holding the line nicely.
