The FBI and the "intelligence" agencies are to blame in a big way... latimes.com This, on top of not paying attention to the terrorist in Minnesota that was easily ferretted out by the guys that run the flight trainer....DUH! And that fact that THREE times this attempt to use airliners as weapons had already happened....and foiled... so WHY was this type of attack such a SURPRISE?.....there really is no excuse for it being a total surprise as they said. It's been a strategy for YEARS since the Algerians tried to pull it off. But as for blaming just the President....any president...just isn't correct. The FBI has been quite incompetent for a LONG time. CC
