The rpb (ratbuyplan) dictates that when you spot something, make an initial buy, with the thought that it will be wrong, so you can then make at least 2 more buys as the price comes down.
However, if it does move up quickly, you still get a ride, because you own some shares, and you can add on the way up too.

This way you are covered whatever happens.
It is the only thing I have found that works on a regular basis with micro/small cap stocks. Of course you also have to be good at t/a.
