Sam, Was it a One-Step process? <g> I still remember when I started in the business as an analyst back in 1979. One of my fund managers complained that I didn't recommend enough growth stocks, like Polaroid. But Polaroid isn't growing, I said. Hasn't for years.

You don't understand, young man (I was old even back then, but at least he could use the term with a straight face). I don't want growth cos. I want growth stocks. He was soon unemployed. <g>
