Wrong quotation again : UN says not "the occupied territories ! It says "from occupied territories". If you can't understand the manipulation of the "the" here, don't study History, diplomacy, semantics, fishing, poker. Gardening should be acceptable.But don't try that again it's a 33 years old joke in any school of international studies ! Of course, the French translation, as it happens, came out : "des territoires occupés", "from the occupied territories " But the language was English, and the Frenchies (Ich bin) cheat here and do not care.
