I believe Saddam has had biological warfare methods for over 11 years. For all we know we gave it to him. Antrax is not particularly hard to grow. Not hard to get it in this country and grow here since all you need is a vial of it controlled medium and incubators.. Delivery of large quantities is more difficult.
