I don't think the financials will lead like the last time because they are far stronger now than at the 1990 lows, and there won't be the consolodation in the industry like there was in the 1990's. I think those honors go to tech this time.

MU. the low-cost producer. Whenever demand turns up they have the best operating leverage. Still a commodity play, which of course is a double-edged sword.
