No because I am calling the action absolutely wrong or evil. I find the question of whether the action was motivated by evil within the person who commits it slightly more complex, but the action is evil regardless of the motivation for it.

That wasn't the question. You have excused the person from the action. This is relative--subjective--qualitative. You are admitting that the judgement of good or evil people requires subjective imput as regards the "mistakenness" or desires, or feelings, or intellect, or intention of the perp--all according to 2FOWLERS personal subjectivity/point of view. Some absolutist you are!! :-)

Why would you believe that "absolutists" can pick and choose what is absolute (what a ridiculous conception!!!) and that relativists could not pick and choose what is "relative"?!!! New kind of logic!? :-)
