Bilow,

Question 3 was so easy that I had to take a whack at it.

(3) Does the U.S. have the Will to break the Taliban?

Break them? At this point our forces are praying that they don't run for the hills and/or switch sides in the next week, since we don't have any replacement ready. No one considers the Northern Alliance an improvement, except for the Tajiks.

<< What I mean to suggest is that the debate over the morality of the various parties is a waste of space. >>

On the contrary. In order to understand the Muslim mind, one needs to look at the Muslim hatred towards the tiny nation of Israel.

In every statement from the Arab nations, about supporting America in the war against terrorism, there is a statement against Israel.

For some reason, the Arab nations consider all Arabs saintlike. Arab child molesters? Arab wife killers? Arab terrorists? Arab robbers? They are all the best of humanity, to the Arabs, if they are Muslims. But a Jewish doctor, who treats the sick, is an enemy worth killing, to the Arabs.

Ten thousand years of Muslim history, and Afghanistan doesn't have one tree growing. Speaks volumes......

<< (1) Will Iraq become involved? >>

Iraq will become a test site for our bunker bombs. <g>

<< (2) Will a war breakout involving Israel? >>

I hope not, but I am afraid so. This is a war to the finish.

<< (3) Does the U.S. have the Will to break the Taliban? >>

Yes. But...... does the U.S. have the will to break terrorism?
